McHire: The AI Recruiting Assistant for McDonald's Hiring Managers

McHire is a recruiting application designed by Paradox for McDonald’s hiring managers and recruiters. Its aim is to help restaurant talent recruitment and onboarding. McHire comes with Olivia, the AI recruiting assistant, who makes it easier for hiring managers to engage and onboard new talent. With McHire, hiring managers can post and manage jobs, manage candidates, automate interview scheduling, communicate with candidates via SMS or Web, extend offers, and onboard candidates with ease.

Paradox, the AI company behind McHire, has a flagship product, Olivia, who is obsessed with improving and reinventing the candidate experience. Olivia helps companies capture and screen candidates, improve conversions, answer questions, and even handle interview scheduling. The application is free to download, but a subscription with Paradox is required to use it.

McHire is available in all corporate-owned McDonald’s restaurants and participating independent franchisees' restaurants. If you work for a franchisee organization, check with your franchisee or the designated person (for example, a General Manager) to determine if your franchisee has chosen to use McHire.
